By engaging TeckAid, you agree to the following terms. These are a plain-English summary — reach out at nasir@teckaid.com with any questions.

Scope. Each engagement is defined by a written proposal or statement of work. Fixed-scope builds are delivered for a fixed price; out-of-scope requests are quoted separately.

Ownership. You own all deliverables and intellectual property we build for you. We do not retain rights to, or copies of, your data or work product.

Data. We build on your own accounts and tools. We do not store your business data, and we never share it with third parties.

Payment. Audit fees are credited towards your build. Monthly maintenance is billed in advance and covers fixes, model upgrades and improvements.

Guarantee. If your whole team isn't getting value within 30 days of launch, we keep working until it is — at no extra cost.
